Wonderful staff and delicious food! Loved the vibe and the pictures on the wall were really fun. Bathrooms were clean and there was a lot of parking. Food came out fast. They torched the top of the volcano roll in front of us! Overall great experience :) would come again!

I didn't know Amura changed over to Akasaka but I'm pleased to say the quality of food and service is spot on. Bryce, our server, was super friendly and willing to make suggestions. We had a number of items. My rice bowl was good but the sushi was where it's at. We really loved the Volcano roll. Bryce also got us an off menu roll because we wanted something with scallops. It was a lovely surprise date night for us. We are going home full and happy.

Truly outstanding food, we’ve been to many sushi spots in Orlando and many do not come close to being as good! We’ve been here twice this month and this time seemed even better than the last. Gin our server was outstanding both times, very courteous, helpful and with great spirit. The Japanese bagel roll is a must have!
